Prices listed on our website are starting estimates and may vary based on the size, condition, and specific needs of your vehicle. Heavily soiled vehicles or add-on services may affect the final price. The final price will be confirmed with you before the service is performed.

Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations

To book a service, contact us by phone or text. We will confirm the date, time, location, and price with you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as far in advance as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. Service Area & Travel

We serve within 15–20 miles at no extra charge — surrounding towns and nearby areas. Further locations available with a small travel upcharge.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, vehicle, and location information.
• Ensure we have safe and legal access to the vehicle at the agreed location.
• Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Where required for certain services, provide reasonable access to water and/or electrical power, or let us know in advance if these are unavailable.

However, our services are provided “as is,” and we make no warranties that detailing will remove every imperfection or that results will meet every expectation.
